I made mine this morning too, after I had trouble yesterday.  However, when I first tried yesterday the clerk couldn't figure out how to get to the AIS block of rooms and outside of the AIS block the hotel is sold out.  However, I don't know how many AIS rooms are still available.  I think you have to reserve via phone not via the internet.

I made my hotel reservation this morning without any problems...just mentioned
the American Iris Society and got the preferred rates. No hesitation
whatsoever. Very helpful young lady on the phone.

Hello to everyone who is planning on  attending the upcoming fall board
meeting
here in Sedona.  This is a  reminder that the deadline for registering for
the
meeting as well as  making hotel reservations for the discounted rate is
rapidly  approaching.  The deadline is October 15, 2016.   This is also  the
deadline for the possible optional tour I have arranged.  I need  to know
exactly how many will be attending by that date to confirm the  trolley and
to
confirm the dinner at the restaurant selected.

Thank  you.  I am attaching another copy of the registration form, etc.  for
those who may have misplaced the original ones sent.
