Motion to approve proposal to AIS Foundation to scan catalogs

Hello all,  I am experiencing difficulty in sending out anything via  my 
AISSecretary account.  I can receive message but can't send them so I am  
using my regular AOL account to send the following.  Your replies and  comments 
can still be sent to AISDiscuss.
 
Gary White moved and Susan Boyce seconded the below motion.  As such,  it 
is now out for discussion.
 
"That this catalog scanning project, as described in John's proposal, is  
approved for forwarding to the AIS Foundation for their consideration for  
funding; and once the project is completed, that the products of these scans 
be  made available to both the AIS and to the Iris Encyclopedia, and that the 
paper  catalogs will then go to the AIS Library."
