Since the electronic version of the Bulletin will be available  
(primarily) only to e-members of AIS I think are covered by the  
exclusion in the Youth Policy Guidelines that reads (in part)

 "Photos of Youth Members
(...) The publication of photos of youth, identified or not, is  
permitted in AIS and related publications whose distribution is  
limited primarily to AIS members. "

As to the Facebook issues below, that requires more thought.
