The wording of a partially opened bloom can be removed if most so want,  
however Judges still judge the "open" flower especially as to form.  And  what if 
as it opens it has a part missing or there are holes or natural  tears?  It is 
still judged.  I know you know that but the wording is  important in any 
change.
