I am glad to see so much discussion going on as we all know this is a very  
important matter.  Regarding explaining to the affiliates exactly what the  
insurance is for and that, even though it may not be "used" by a specific club,  
it is still there if something were to arise, I think it would be a good idea 
if  I were to say something at the Affiliates meeting.
