Re: Registering AIS publications

Good Afternoon All,
I know Maureen asked for a user name (and suggested the Secretary) to add to the list of registering AIS publications with.  As for updates, I know John had mentioned that there were several available user names that coul be used on the AIS Web Site without paying any extra fees.  I know I get mail from aisgensec@earthlink.net and have also noted some from John Jones from aissecretary@irises.org (correct me if I am wrong John) as well.  I think the board needs to decide, at the upcoming meeting, on the utilization of addresses under the ais web site (irises.org) link.  The register could list those as contacts, and would not be affected by the rotation of officers at any given time.  Whoever was serving in the post, IE: secretary, would receive notices, updates, etc.  Just my thought for what it may be worth.  Patricia
