Re: Corrected minutes

What is the problem?

OFFICIAL MOTION-APPROVED 
"Approve Fall minutes as published on the website."

What may have been said at the meeting and what the OFFICIAL MOTION
voted on are two different things.  THE OFFICIAL MOTION was voted on
and carried.  Someone neglected to make amendments to fix the grammar
first.

There is your problem.  The bottom line - motion passed! ! !
