Re: Corrected minutes

My understanding of what happened at the meeting was that we would correct the grammar and post it on the website and that it would be approved as posted.
 We still have to correct the grammar. The motion allowed for adjustments not what was posted then. Besides Roberts Rules allows amendments with a simple vote. What is the problem?

Hi all,
   Before we start this off, a correction needs to be made.
The Motion #3 that Jim quoted, was incorrect.  The Motion #3 that was passed
at the Spring 2014 board meeting that referred to the fall 2013 meeting
minutes, actually read "Approve Fall minutes as published on the website."
There were no corrections brought up and Motion #3 was passed.  Therefore the
minutes of the fall 2013 meeting, stand as is.
