Hi all,
Before we start this off, a correction needs to be made.
The Motion #3 that Jim quoted, was incorrect. The Motion #3 that was passed
at the Spring 2014 board meeting that referred to the fall 2013 meeting
minutes, actually read "Approve Fall minutes as published on the website."
There were no corrections brought up and Motion #3 was passed. Therefore the
minutes of the fall 2013 meeting, stand as is.

Since I believe the Board never acted on the corrected minutes from the
November Board Meeting, New Orleans, 2013, I move that the corrected
