Clarence;

Dr. Stritch and I talked a bit about taxonomy. He is
aware of some problems but also wanted us to know that
for his work he has to follow the official Dept of
Agriculture structure. Since taxonomy is always in
change it would probably not be great to make too many
waves on this front until we have built a stronger
relationship. I suspect that he may not be far from
the thinking within AIS but that it is something that
is beyond his control. Perhaps in the future we can
discover where we would need to direct our concerns.
