The International Master Gardener Conference will be held in Little Rock,
Arkansas May 1 through May 7, 2007.  Several SLI/AIS members will be
speaking on Louisiana irises at the conference.  Tom Dillard will be 
speaking on the species, the historical background on the Louisiana
irises; Patrick O'Connor is discussing hybridization, and Robert Treadway
is covering Louisiana culture.
