Hello everybody. I am Ramon (Ray)
Jones along with my wife Karen, and we are the third part of the Exhibition
Committee. Our function is to receive the final show reports and
distribute the medals and Exhibition Certificates (EC's) and prepare the annual
exhibition report. For 2009 shows, Show Chairman need to do the
following:
1. Send copies of your show reports to us at
3004 Rosemoor Lane, Fairfax, VA 22031.
2. If you had Ballots for Exhibition
Certificates please make copies of those and send them with your show
reports. If you did not keep copies of the Ballots, prepare a summary of
those seedlings and hybridizers that received the required
number (5) of votes and include with your show reports.
3. AIS has ordered medals and EC's for us to
distribute. Once received we will mail them out based on copies of your
reports for 2009.
4. When 2010 show reports are
completed, send them to us and we will process in the normal
fashion.
