My vote on this issue is yes.
While it is an expense, I think it's a
worthy one.
What we don't really know is how many people are affected - we
hear from a few, but what about the ones we never hear from. Our Bulletin is
the largest benefit for our members - why not give them the quality they
deserve 100% of the time?
