[AISvote] Important message

Hello everyone,

The motion regarding weather or not to provide shrink wrap to the 
bulletin is the most contested one I have been involved in.  Voting will 
end this Sunday.  As such, it is imperative that ALL board members cast 
their vote.  For those of you that haven't voted yet, please do so.
