Motion to copy chapters from The World of Iris to the Encyclopedia

Bob Pries moved and Susan Grigg seconded the below motion.  As such, it 
is now out for discussion.

"That the AIS give permission to copy chapters from The World of Iris to 
be included into various topic areas of the Encyclopedia"
