It has now been two weeks since the motion was made and seconded. Although I offered to table it for two weeks, Gerry who is a member of the IP committee suggested that a week would be long enough. So I said okay I would withdraw the tabling. So anyway one looks at it, it is now time to vote and I ask Michele to send it to vote.--Bob
