Gerry; I appreciate your helping me to take a different perspective. Unfortunately I am experiencing a number of stresses at the moment and I and tending to see the dark side of everything. Some challenges that just came up today threaten my attending the board meeting when I had so much that I am trying to accomplish. My motion to create a photographic coordinator was not intended to chamge or replace what anyone is doing now but to compliment what is being done. I take the job of director very seriously and feel I have obviously not done enough to get the society on sounder ground, I like what Terry offered as new ideas.

You and I read very differently, it seems. I did not see either of the 
above arguments presented.

Great discussion, though, with many useful viewpoints presented, 
certainly including yours.
