Re: Motion for library exhibits

I agree with the motion but with the caveat of Paul's comments.  We need
specific details of how, what, and how much before implementing this plan.

FYI to everyone, the AIS Library has money in a Restricted Fund in the amount
of $2555.46 as of Sept 30, 2009.  This money has been used since I have been
Treasurer to cover the operating expenses of Tracy Plotner and any other
Library expenses.  If we were to start sending out Library items, the cost
should come out of the Restricted Fund for bookkeeping purposes which means we
probably should encourage donations to the Library to cover these expenses.
