Bob,   These are really good ideas.  I especially think you  should get 
someone on the press releases!  You could also provide to  all the affiliates 
some template for releasing info about all their shows.   I have yet to see a 
single article in a newspaper or on TV, or on the radio, or  on the inter 
net about a single Flower Show Winner.
