Kitty,  Great ideas!  Picking up on your reference to an  Executive 
Director;  that idea should be looked upon as a way of increasing  membership and 
especially increasing revenues.  A good Executive Director  can find lots of 
sources of $$$ through sponsorship, grants, etc.
