I just reviewed a copy of the lease that Will sent me, and have no issues.
Liability Insurance and Waiver of Subrogations sections should be passed by
Michelle Snyder for insurance considerations.

Just a few short hours ago we, Will Plotner and I, agreed to a 2 year lease
or the AIS Library. Will, as a member of the Foundation Board, signed the
ontract. Rent doesn't begin until June 1, 2012 BUT the owner indicated that
e can start moving in immediately.
