Board Members, et al

Just a few short hours ago we, Will Plotner and I, agreed to a 2 year lease
for the AIS Library. Will, as a member of the Foundation Board, signed the
contract. Rent doesn't begin until June 1, 2012 BUT the owner indicated that
we can start moving in immediately.
