Since I have seen some emails about reservation problems.....I share  my 
experience!   There are 3 "Red Lion" Hotels in Portland.  The  one I got through 
information had never heard of me, and once I  became agitated, they finally 
suggested it might be a different "Red  Lion"!
 
The correct one is "The Red Lion on the River."
