Hi Betty:  Unfortunately, I do not have a supply of Bulletins.  You will have to contact Tom Gormley to send another one.  Personally, I feel that you have waited more than long enough!  Just shoot an e-mail to Tom, tell him that yours has never arrived, and you would appreciate his sending a replacement.  All the best, Bruce
