by the way, the mailing location identified in the top right-hand corner has been changed to Rio Rancho, NM, with the change of the Secretary from Jill Bonino (Glendale, CA) to Patricia (Rio Rancho, NM). also, my guess would be that this is why we use the shipping company's bulk permit; otherwise I would suppose that the Bulletins would have to be shipped first to Rio Rancho to be mailed....
