Perhaps other regions have different dates, but in R15 the report has to 
be postmarked by July 30. 

I had thought about asking you to put in a reminder to the judges (for 
the ballot, rather than the report), but decided not to, kinda expecting 
you to consider the audience to be too small. 

Next year I (and Judy Keisling) will coordinate reminders with you. It 
might help get more judges to get things done before the last 
minute--almost 200 non-Emeritus judges have not voted yet. 

But August 1 is probably too late.
