Friends:
I have attached copies of 3 x 5 cards that resulted from an attempt to index
all AIS Bulletins. The library has 3 large boxes (sent from Bee Warburton to
Dr. Don Coza) filled with these cards. There are cards for personages,
advertisements, articles, photographs, etc., etc. Unfortunately, I cannot tell
you how old they are since I can find no evidence of postmarking.
In view of the progress made by John Jones, Janet Smith and others in
preparing a researchable, digital Bulletin index that is almost a "fait
accompli" these cards no longer serve any useful purpose and are taking up
valuable library space.
Therefore, I am requesting permission to recycle all the handwritten material
with a hearty, posthumous thanks to Bee Warburton and Don Koza and their
comittee for a job well done.
