   That's OK since I don't have a vote. But I will say that inclination is not
to throw anything away. You never know what might get lost especially if all
the eggs are in one basket. If they are handwritten notes from Bee, it could
be that someone would like to bid on them in the Silent Auction.?? Thanks

I have attached copies of 3 x 5 cards that resulted from an attempt
to index
all AIS Bulletins. The library has 3 large boxes (sent from Bee
Warburton to
Dr. Don Coza) filled with these cards. There are cards for
personages,
advertisements, articles, photographs, etc., etc. Unfortunately, I
cannot tell
you how old they are since I can find no evidence of postmarking.

In view of the progress made by John Jones, Janet Smith and others in
preparing a researchable, digital Bulletin index that is almost a
"fait
accompli" these cards no longer serve any useful purpose and are
taking up
valuable library space.

Therefore, I am requesting permission to recycle all the handwritten
material
with a hearty, posthumous thanks to Bee Warburton and Don Koza and
their
comittee for a job well done.
