I thought I should touch base with you. 
As the assistant rvp you have inherited the task of organizing annual meetings. To the best of my knowledge we have nothing scheduled for fall 2012. Charlotte, Hampton Road and Eastern Shore have not hosted in recent years. The president of the Fredericksburg group has nexpressed interest in a fall meeting. 
What do you think about the problem?
