Hi All
John Jones asked "who gets advance copies"?
The past president, the current president, vice pres., business office (gets
2 copies for archive), Editor gets a couple, Advertising manager(gets as
many as I can pack in a priority envelope), the librarian gets several(hand
delivered),John Jones will get one if I am going to send him a Bulletin DVD
anyway (- same price postage.); Erica got one because there were some last
minute changes that she needed to know about; I have a few as "work
reference" copies and John Ludi gets whatever is left over. (I have them
here now, John) 
If someone has a special need, I am happy to oblige them.
To send advance copies to all board members would be about 20 x $4.50 or $90
per edition and that is not in my budget.
I serve the board. You decide.
Bulletins going to Russia and one other country go out first class in opaque
envelopes. This is cheaper than sending them twice. There is a "bulk mail"
issue involved.
