minute changes that

To send advance
copies to all board members would be about 20 x $4.50 or $90
per edition
and that is not in my budget.
I serve the board. You decide.
Bulletins
going to Russia and one other country go out first class in
opaque
envelopes. This is cheaper than sending them twice. There is a "bulk
mail"
issue involved.
