I agree with Steve Blecher that the photo belongs to the photographer and  
that the photographer should be provided with the contact information of the  
requester so that the photographer controls whether or not to make  contact.  
And it is always good for all of our photographers to understand  our Youth 
policies (see pages 11-12 Jan 09 Bulletin) on  photographs.  
 
Thanks for all your efforts with the Photo Contest and I agree that the  
picture is precious.
