Jim,
Ken and his lovely wife Aggie were very friendly to me when I became a new RVP in Fall 1991. As a new RVP I wasn't sure if I really fit in. They both always welcomed me when they saw me at AIS meetings as if we were old friends. They were a very nice couple. Other than that, I did not really know them too well. For many years, I grew Ken's Lord Jeff iris. It was a good grower, a beautiful dark color with great stalks.
