RE: Shipping irises to Canada for the 2011 Convention

Hi Maureen,

I was aware of the US Shipping address, but are we planning on smuggling
them into Canada without the proper Pytosanitary certificates or has the
State of Washington agreed to issue the necessary P. Certs. based on just
dug rhizomes?

All the best,
Brad Kasperek

Hi Brad

I believe that arrangements have been made. There is a U.S. shipping
address as well as a Canadian address to receive rhizomes.

  Greeting All,

(Not another message from that pest Brad.) There is still another serious
item I believe needs to be discussed. Has anyone consider that some
hybridizers might not be able to get phytosanitary certificates to ship to
Canada? OR is Utah the only state that refuses to issue them?

Cheers! Brad Kasperek
