I'll leave the financial part to those who are working with it.

But the main purpose of the Calendars are to promote the AIS.   So I think
whom ever produces a calendar or whatever photos are put into it that we
should  include an invitation to Join the Society and an address of where to
send it; or a downright membership application.

As to the photos I think that more tried and true Irises should be included,
for instance just taking winners of the Section Awards would make an easy
twenty photo's as there are 8 sections and 2 co-operating societies this
should be fairly easy.  In this case it does not matter whether they are
yours or someone elses as long as they are not eligable for further awards.
