[AISvote] Vote on chapters from TWOI

I vote yes on the motion that the AIS give permission to copy chapters from
the World of Iris to be included into various topic areas of the Encyclopedia.
And I vote yes even after reading Anner Whitehead's comments in the belief
that this will be done with caution and a rememberance to those comments.
