Let me check with the hotel and see what is going on.  According to the list I received today the block of rooms is not full.

Hi Paul,
I made my reservation this morning, BUT did not get the special rate for
Friday or Sunday - I was told that "the person who signed the contract had not
reserved enough rooms", and I would be charged $139.00 plus tax for both
Friday and Sunday nights, but I was able to get the special rate of $99.00 for
Thursday night and Saturday night.  My confirmation number is #86937448 and I
spoke to Jackie.  I tried to first make the reservation online but "the
special rate was not available" so I phone the (504) 467-3111.  Wonder how
many others will be told this information?
