This is your first reminder. You need to make your hotel reservation with the DoubleTree New Orleans Airport Hotel by 3:00pm on OCTOBER 1, 2013. The following is the information for the hotel.
I received a listing today from the hotel and most of you have not registered.
DoubleTree New Orleans Airport Hotel 2150 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Kenner, LA 70062, Telephone number (504) 467-3111. Rates are $99.00+ tax. Make reservations directly with the hotel or online at NewOrleansAirport.DoubleTree.com use group code ISM when making reservations. Reservations MUST BE MADE by 3:00pm CDT on October 1, 2013.
