RE: Affiliation applications

Region 7 reporting in. The Affiliation forms were mailed (hard copies) 
to our 14 clubs on Sept. 10.
Already have 4 responses. I will e-mail the forms to those who have not 
responded on Oct. 10.
Hope to finish the process way before the holiday season this year.
