if it becomes to difficult to find any volunteers for yet another
chair position, we could always keep it as it has been for the past
few years - Rita and I take care of it and contact those WE KNOW are
good photographers and get the job done.  (P.S.  I am in training
from Rita!)

I also agree whole heartily that it should not be restrictive.  What
is needed and let them do their job.  I for one appreciate that was
my instructions and - if you have not noticed - it IS working.
