Hi Tom,
I did know that and I am doing what I can to get the website a little more up to date. I have to download the site so I don,t revert to some older version.
Thanks

Thanks John, It's now my understanding that David Cupps is no longer ESC, but maybe you already knew that. -----Original Message----- From: John Jones <100h@rewrite.aisboard.org> Sent: Nov 29, 2018 1:04 PM To: aisdiscuss@aisboard.org Subject: Re: [AISdiscuss] AIS Fall Bulletin?
Hi Tom,
The process (at least when I was Electronic Services Chair) was for the Bulletin Editor to send a PDF of the Bulletin to me (and Wayne for the News and Notes) when it was released to Sundance for printing. Even though as of several years ago I was no longer ESC I continued to generate the files for the online viewing WHEN I was sent the PDF. I would then send them to the ESC (David Cupps at the time)
However for at least the last 7 or 8 months the Bulletin editor did not remember to send out the file on time and had to be reminded. I was not aware that the Fall edition had been released until I received my copy in the mail.
As soon as I recapture the AIS website and receive the PDF, I can get it online

It's been my understanding that an electronic version of the AIS Bulletin would be put up on the AIS Emember section of the website after it has been approved. While I understand that there were some graphic issues that caused the Fall Bulletin to be almost a month late to the printers there shouldn't be any reason that the read only version isn't up there yet, it's been 2 weeks. If there is please let us know when it will be there. It is also my understanding that getting a jump on the printed version is also a perk of Emembership.
