Members of the 2012 Convention Committee have recently received comments from people that when they try to book into the Convention block at the DoubleTree Hotel in Ontario, CA they are told it is already full.
This is completely NOT TRUE.
I spoke today with Tracy Guthrie at the DoubleTree and she checked our block. There are plenty of rooms left and she is checking out the problem.

The DoubleTree Hilton is a full service hotel with banquet rooms and meeting rooms to meet the needs of a large Convention such as ours. If we don't fill the block of rooms, Region 15 as the host, is obligated to pay several more thousand dollars of convention costs. Please support the Convention Hotel.
