RE: Motion to Transfer Restricted Funds to AIS F oundation

Not knowing this I sent 2 checks to Lynn Williams recently for
donations with just AIS on the check. If that is a problem for the
foundation I can create new checks. If permission is needed to add
the word "foundation" to the checks I have written - I hereby give
that permission. I have not heard from Lynn if the checks have been
received. I don't even know if she has been receiving my e-mails to
date.
