At the board  meeting I explained what all happened (and didn't happen), 
and a  constructive discussion took place.



Thanks Gerry.  Helps me understand a bit more as I wasn't at the Board  
meeting.  I hope the minutes will cover this as to the discussion.  I  am 
interested in the details.
