I was under impression that the Marriott was already reserved for 2020.  I don't know if any deposit was made or if so if it is refundable.

I too prefer a hotel where there is in close promimity to alternate restaurants so that those that don't want to spent the Marriott prices for meals and incidentals aren't obliged to do so.

I spend the night at Wyndham half a mile away.  Parking was free, rooms much cheaper nice room, breakfast .

Lunch one the cheap at the current hotel was $15.00 +/-, parking $15-20.00 a day difficult to go out and back with out addition charges.  Internet $15.00 a day?  Really internet is now free in most places because it is so cheap.
