As AIS Secretary you will be informed as soon as we are ready to move.   We
will have an open door policy as soon as a check for the first year of lease
is presented to the lessor.

The Foundation is in the process of getting this ready so it is a little
premature to jump until we are finished with the transaction.

  Since I wasn't at the spring convention I don't know about any discussions
that went on.   Is the library being moved to a different location?  If so, I
need to know because the current location is insured underneath our policy and
the coverage would have to be amended.

    Just a few short hours ago we, Will Plotner and I, agreed to a 2 year
lease
    for the AIS Library. Will, as a member of the Foundation Board, signed
the
    contract. Rent doesn't begin until June 1, 2012 BUT the owner indicated
that
    we can start moving in immediately.
