When Bruce Filardi asked me if I had reservations at the Red Lion he could  
have for one of our Warburton honorees, I could not remember making them. I  
called the Red Lion 800 number and was told they did not have a record of  
reservations for me. I told Bruce I did not have reservations.
 
Some time later, Barbara Aitken sent me an email and among other things  told 
me that she was sure that I had reservations. So I called the other number  
for the hotel (not the 800 number) and sure enough, they told me I had  
reservations. They were gracious and gladly changed the name from mine to  Filardi's. 
I was somewhat, shall we say, unhappy. So I called the 800 number  again and 
told them what happened. I was then told that they do not have a  complete 
list of reservations at the 800 number.  Clarence
