     Once again I was away over the weekend (3rd weekend in a row) and just 
returned to my email. 
     This morning I sent Patricia an email and directed her to the 
Secretary's Procedure manual which will guide her to the steps needed for getting this 
thing going toward a proper vote.
     All will be well soon.
