Secretary traveling

Hi all,

Gerry and I have to make a quick trip to Los Angeles and are leaving 
today and will get back on Sunday night.

All reports have been sent to John to upload to the website, except the 
Treasurers and MemSec reports.  They needed to finish the first quarter 
before preparing their reports and I should have them late on the 31st 
or early on the 1st.  They are being sent directly to John to upload to 
the website and a copy to me so I can make the necessary copies.  Agenda 
has been sent to John today.
