But it has happened before. As some may remember, I commented at last 
fall's board meeting that we received last July's issue some weeks after 
I started getting overseas Symposium ballots mailed to me. Not sure 
exactly when it finally showed up, but it was more than a month after 
most had been received. And Bruce indicated that some others in So. Cal. 
had had problems with the same issue.
